Cancellation Policy

We believe in being upfront about our cancellation policy:

Guest receives 100.00% (less $225.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $225.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away.
